This Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) certification is developed in accordance with CSA standards and Alberta OH&S requirements. Students will take part in knowledge-based training and complete a hands-on practical evaluation using both a scissor lift and boom lift. The Fall Protection certification also meets CSA standards and complies with Alberta OHS Regulation 191/2021. Students will engage in knowledge-based training, use hands-on equipment, participate in setup exercises, and review safe practices and procedures as outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Alberta. Please note: Fall Protection is a prerequisite for our Scissor and Boom Lift course. By choosing this combo course, you’ll earn 3 certificates in 1—with no prerequisites required!
